For the upcoming ESFP voters, no there's no Fi. You can be an ESTP and atull go by your gut, that's why ESTP type 8's or 9's exist since 8 and 9 are gut types. Her general set of principles/internal logic she follows is according to what makes sense to her not what feels right to her. When there's situations where she doesn't know what to do, she said it herself that "she always wonders what her beloved Ken Takakura would do and does so" so that she'll have zero regrets. Adopting another person's values onto her own is in no way fi. On top of that, whenever Ken's dominant Ti paired with Ne causes him to overthink and spiral, Momo's Se paired with Ti causes her to bluntly make an assessment and snap him out of it. Her tertiary fe means she can empathize, but not without showcasing lack of tact at first. Lastly, regarding her being a gyaru - no, she doesn't dress that way to "feel unique or "showcase her individuality from the crowd". She just dresses in that fashion style cause it feels cool.
