He is motivated by Ni and supported by Te, the exact opposite of Tul who is motivated by Te and supported by Ni. I honestly thought this was very obvious but I guess it isn't so I'll be explaining. Kengkla is always in his head picturing his future with Techno and he is motivated by the *idea* of being together with him. Having just a picture of Techno or something like that feeds his Ni, it allows him to keep filling in the gaps of said idea. He never actually does something that will get him the result he wants (aka actually being in a relationship with Techno) and this shows his inferior Se perfectly (someone with dominant Te and tertiary Se like an ENTJ WOULD do something and it WOULD be efficient. He would probably ask him directly on a date or do something that WOULD get him some immediate results, not something that is just going to feed Ni). His tertiary Fi is very obvious: he is satisfied and finds comfort in his own feelings for Techno and he behaves very childishly about those feelings. Someone with inferior Fi would behave more like Tul: complete disregard for his brother's feelings because the Results™️ are the most important thing. Still about Ni-Te: his thought process seems to be "picturing a future with Techno" -> "what is the best way to get something to feed this thought?" instead of a Te-Ni approach which would be something like "This seems to be the best and most efficient way to deal with the problem" -> Ni provides him with reasons to support (or dismiss) his thought having future outcomes as its main concern. This last one is more like what Tul does. You may be thinking that he is an ENTJ because of what happened at the end of season 1 (spoiler alert: him having noncon sex with Techno) but that was not inferior Fi. That was inferior Se: he finally wanted to get immediate results about this thought he was having but he did it in the worst way possible because he is not used to letting Se show and you can also spot Fe trickster in that scene (complete unawareness of Techno's feelings and needs. He was only concerned about his own feelings). Another thing: he might seem to be an ENTJ because he is a 3 in enneagram. But please don't mistake Te with core 3.
