Yes, I see ENTJ - though I think the appearance of Ni is greatly enhanced because he literally sees the past and the future, and knows what events to nudge to change them. Seeing later episodes will probably help get a sense of how he 'naturally' is. I'm not sure he's an 8, though - right now his motives are seemingly based on preserving the human race as it is and preventing change, which screams unhealthy 6 to me. I don't see how he can desire personal power at all, provided he is telling the truth about following his mission/directive.
