One thing I noticed about comparing ENFPs with ESFPs is that ESFPs are more blunt and more able to take action, from the dominant Se. They both have crazy ideas but ESFPs are more likely to act according to them, and while they are both straight forward, ENFPs are more likely too smooth things out. While they both have secondary Fi, ENFPs are more likely to appeal to others face-to-face while ESFPs just care less. What they do care about is their reputation/image in a more general sense (like their social media presence) something that ENFPs pay less attention to. That's exactly how I see the popular, refined yet blunt Erika to be.
