Sorry to say this but a lot of people here have the wrong idea about Fi. The higher Fi is in someone's stack, the more they move AWAY from influencing and being influenced by the external. A person acting for vengeance due to personal motivations does not equate to high Fi. In Cruella's case, it is a lower Fi that is being channelled through Te, because the person tries to gain external control of the environment (Te) using objective ways (ways that work at achieving a goal) while the motivation behind the goal is personal values that are not thoroughly developed, explored or faced/reflected upon in a healthy way (low low Fi). High Fi causes an individual to move away from using external means as a source for power, there is inner power that counteracts against external forces. A healthy IxFP for example, would be far less likely to "bully the bully", compared to a healthy ExTJ, unless they go into a Te grip. There is a good reason why there are many type 8 ENTJs but little to none type 8 IxFPs. Even type 8 ExFPs are uncommon. High Fi counteracts the desire to "become cruel" or enforce their values to the world using rules (self expression and authentic behavior is different from enforcement). For ExFP, this still applies but at a smaller extent (because Te is higher in the stack). But Fi IS still undeniably higher than Te. One could argue that an ESFP may impose their values due to Se impulsiveness and taking action, but it's obvious that Cruella uses even more Ni to plan out her goals, think about implications and reach sharp conclusions, more than working things out by reacting to the immediate environment. Ni > Se for sure. Also, the inferior function makes up A LOT of a personality and is actually used frequently in pair with the dom function. ENTJs are supposed to have noticeable Fi, unlike types that don't have Fi in their stack.
