she is literally my crush. why not ESI? I think everyone agrees she has Se as Creative Function, the real question is her Base Function. There are only two options: either Ti or Fi. For every note he sings, a peasant must die in West Africa" Her argument isn't "Tip-top is bad because of x", the ethical argument is implicit, but what is explicit is the logical correlation between Tip-top and various institutions or interest groups. Her conclusion feels logical and not inherently ethical. A Fi Base user would have Ti as a role function, and would not try to use a logical argument unless obliged to. In the scene she isn't obliged to use a logical argument, she could have jumped to the conclusion "Tip-top is bad" or "part of the establishment", but she ensures of making the link between the conclusion with all the premises. commodity → company → bank → bureaucracy → stooge government → dead peasant It to me seems a lot like Ti as Base function, or at least she has Ti as a valued function, but because of the security in her argument, it seems more likely it's either Base Function or Creative Function. Mobilizing or Suggestive would probably be less categorical in her conclusion (and would have meant that she is either EIE IEI, ESE or SEI). I don't know what you think about it, but I personally see her Fi as conscious but weak, that is, a Super-Ego Block Function (just as Role Function and PoLR Function).
