He was logical, and cautious, saying that they should wait until they have more help on standby, and are more ready for the test. He also thinks about how the one test could be an indicator that the serum wasn’t ready yet. He considers all of the different parts, and possibilities in the situation, and tries to reason logically. Norman, on the other hand, used his Te, just considering the fact that they needed to hurry without thinking as much.
