This guy is the real unhealthy ESTP, not Michael He doesn't really have any Te. He doesn't necessarily want control or order in his environment, quite the opposite; he wants to create a vibrant and festive atmosphere in which everyone's happy and excited no matter what he personally does. Uses tertiary Fe and essentially has no aux Si, tertiary Ne or inferior Fi. Comes across as charming and good at capturing the emotional atmosphere, but mostly to a superficial level. Take the final scene, for example, "good one, dad". He knows he probably won't win much from it, but he still gives the speech a final shot just to see if it could redeem him and his position as a likeable patriarch. Despite that, he's ultimately a self-interested opportunist at heart who seeks to indulge in his own pleasures more than anything else. He has little to no interest in flimsy intellectual escapades, something that I believe shows inferior Ni. A businessman through and through, who accomplishes his relatively simple goals of self-interests by saying the right things and making his intentions seem less clear than they actually are
