Hedonism is enneagram 8 > 7. Let's look at what hedonism is: "the pursuit of pleasure; sensual self-indulgence." While yes, 7 does seek pleasure and enjoyment and avoids negativity, but it's not quite necessarily physically and sensorially indulgent as E8. Their "gluttony" is very conceptual, not necessarily pure indulgence which fits more with the lust of E8. E8 is by far the most indulgent in physical pleasures and hedonism, with lower intuition or forethought. The E7's concept of hedonism can vary, ranging from abstract, metaphysical, material, to sensorial or physical. On the contrary, E8 are much more in-tune with their physical desires first and foremost, and their passion is a lust to engage in them. Sexual as primary instinct should be self-explanatory.
