I see the person before me voted INFJ. I don't think that's likely, although I agree about the function stack, just not the order. If you watch Gurney's videos he is weirdly awkward and doesn't people well. Not in the way of a TJ where they don't care about people they don't care about, but with the sort of fascination but difficulty of an inferior function. He makes all kinds of physical props for his art (I own both of his educational books and his art process is full of maquettes and studies) and a variety of weird sort of steampunk type of riggings for videos and things (check out his YouTube stuff, it's super cool - stuff people do with digital editing, he does with physical objects - things like video titles and credits) which seems very Ti-Se to me. The way he describes his process is also sort of awkwardly present tense. And he's very clear and logical about what he sees and why he does his art the way he does - stuff like "the bottom of the porch overhang is this color because the light reflects off the ground like this...". It's incredibly meticulous in a way that seems very Ti to me.

Gurney is also a confirmed paleoartist who depicts and restores in his paintings extinct fauna such as both avian and non-avian dinosaurs.
