Phillippa's Ne dominant is why she can never make up her mind--her mind is constantly generating new ideas and arguments in favor of one decision or the other. She's creative, witty, and unconventional. Her time is scattered across different activities--she's a keen explorer and is the one who first finds Patty's Place. I could see an argument for Fi as she is somewhat sentimental at times, but it's more a facade she puts on herself, a facade of pretend melancholy and dramatization. Phillippa is not impulsive. For example, she cannot decide between Alec and Alonzo. Although she wants to make a decision, she isn't particularly worried about the outcome. She floats through the various pros and cons of each. Her Ti is also what contributes to her indecisiveness--she often finds, after a fretful hour of deciding, that she doesn't know which option to pick.
