The way this man sees the world is through a subjective lens of his own perception of reality. The love for the people, the thrill which comes with meeting new people and forming emotional connections, his sorrow, everything seems abstract and interpersonal. He values so many things which can't be stated in physical terms. The innate love he has for everyone who comes into the mansion, and the invisible string that pulls them all together, is all on the Ni-Fe axis. With the way he never wants the MC or other humans hurt by vampires almost neglects his own Se tendencies to understand the indulgence of vampires in such grounded matters like drinking blood. He's highly ethical, shows a moral compass in that sort, which might be just his Ni acting up towards whatever mission he has up in his head. So, I'd say his Ni almost overpowers his Se that he wouldn't just even let that slip from his hands. INFJ would be the best fit.
