{edited} my previous comment was such a mess. So i tried to write it again. We could see his past relationship with Kyungwoo. He's trying to defend Kyungwoo from their classmates but he messed up. He want his friends believe in him and not considering him as "stupid and lunatic friend". his past relationship with Kwak Bogyeong is makes him to be ESFJ. At first he don't have any dating experience with someone, so Bogyeong have to taught and scolded him. Because he don't wanna Bogyeong dissapointed, he immediately search the internet to celebrate Bogyeong's birthday. I think if he's an Ne dom, he would celebrate with his own idea. And after the party celebration, everyone applause Juyeong for being a romantic boyfriend and guess what? He became proud of it and wants to do it later for Bogyeong because he's happy with the compliment. And because of that, i can see him doing the same for Jarim because he thinks Jarim would like it too (you know, his confession, he celebrate Jarim's birthday) he make a great celebration for Jarim because of his past, because he thinks every women would like it. Unfortunately, not everyone likes being the center of attention. We don't need to talk about his Ne Tertiary. His jokes to Jarim screams Ne. Don't forget his confession to Jarim (that pen*is looking roses in front of Jarim's apartment) is a work of Si-Ne. I think his inferior Ti is developed in the newest episode
