Godspeed You! Black Emperor

This list was created to identify, through discussions among the PDB community, the types of some of the characters present in the songs of Godspeed You! Black Emperor (GYBE). It is true that we never see them, but they are very much present in our minds whenever we listen to their songs. If you've landed here by chance and don't know what GYBE is, it's a post-rock band that composes (almost) purely instrumental songs. They don't really have lyrics, but they incorporate fragments of dialogue and speeches that help to create a sublime atmosphere.
