Biografia
Sergeant Howard is an Cop for the New Jersey State Police who tries to stop Veck Simms and his gang while also having help from Paul Blart. He is played by actor Adam Ferrara. He begins to dislike SWAT Commander James Kent when he takes control of the situation and acts like a real jerk to the other police officers. At the end of the movie he arrests Kent after it is revealed he works for Veck and offers Paul a job as a Police Officer, but Paul turns it down to stay a Mall Cop.
