That's the Aux Ni foresight and pattern recognition. Additionally he values how he looks and the quality of his equipment. He's always mentioning doing things with flair, so much so that he comes off as somewhat snobbish. That's the Tert Se talking. I know Valorant doesn't have a lot of Fi going around it's cast, but the Te, Ni, and Se are all too prominent for anything but an ENTJ. Although his playstyle might be of a Ne-Ti dynamic, what he says and how he acts is of the Te-Ni nature for sure
