Spoilers ahead. Based on what we know about her, she's most definitely an NTJ, most probably an ENTJ. Despite the playful persona she often shows on the outside (which would stereotype her as an Ne-dom or Se-dom) what we've known so far about Juliet screams TeNi. She showcases immense tunnel vision for her singular goal. She approaches her plans and goals with cold efficiency and does not stop to care how her actions will affect others emotionally and mentally (inferior Fi). She does not necessarily try to understand the process; rather, she's the type to see a person or an event based on how she can use them to achieve her final goal. She does not like it when results deviate from her expectations; she expects her plans to proceed step-by-step. When her plans do deviate from her expectation, she immediately moves to correct its course (Lucia and Bruno). Only when confronted with absolute failure (like when she thought Romeo died) did she ever question her morals and relate her lack of it to her perceived failure; that seems like inferior Fi to me. But even then, she immediately corrects course and decides to throw away the current timeline and begin a new one--very straightforward, very efficient, and still very much goal-oriented. I can't see her as an ESTJ because while her goal is motivated by an event in the past, she does not heavily refer to past events or her past actions to achieve her goals. Compare her to an ESTJ like Aria from the Villainess Reverses the Hourglass. Both use TeF (although Aria is way healthier overall as she has not fully repressed her Fi); both are resistant if not scared of changes, expecting their plans to proceed step-by-step; but they differ in their approaches. Aria heavily references past events and counts on them to happen, then inserts herself in the events OR sides close to the people/ elements that play a major role in those events, in order to manipulate that event to her advantage. In contrast, from what we've seen, Juliet manufactures the new events to manipulate her reality and place herself in a position of advantage.
