I think Mitsuki is an ENFP. Because Mitsuki is a capable CEO and also serves as the president of Workers’ second affiliate, she can look like an ENTJ whose dominant function is Te. But ENFPs also have Te as their tertiary function, so Te can still show up very strongly. Under Workers’ rules, adults wear plain badges, and because they’re no longer minors, they’re not allowed to take on executive positions. However, even though Sinu is an adult, he’s allowed to work as an executive thanks to special treatment from Mitsuki—simply because she likes him. If Mitsuki were an ENTJ, I think she would’ve either pushed to change the rule itself or justified the decision by calculating it from a goals-and-strategy standpoint. Instead, I see this as an expression of an ENFP’s Fi: she bends the rules to realize what she personally values—“a deep bond built through devotion.” You could also read it as inferior Si, in the sense that she doesn’t place much weight on fixed principles and precedents. More than anything, Mitsuki’s most important value isn’t work or achievement, but a sense of responsibility defined as “willingly sacrificing and devoting yourself to protect the people you cherish”—a clear Fi value. And the reason she became president of the second affiliate in the first place was because she wanted to stay close to Sinu, who embodies that kind of responsibility. He was her ideal—her perfect type. Some people might argue Mitsuki is an ENFJ, since she emphasizes being by someone’s side and highlights the “promise” that he would protect her. But to me, that feels less like Fe—treating promises as a social norm—and more like her using past memories (Si) as a tool (Te) in order to keep Sinu close, because he fulfills the value she cares about most (Fi).
