A superb lack of Ne. Ei pulls all the strings with the Raiden Shogun, and Ei describes Raiden Shogun like a puppet who needs to have work done onto in order to perform different/new functions than what she is already designed to do. The Raiden Shogun is an ISTJ who lacks the Ne to change. Befitting for an archon of Eternity. The Raiden Shogun has fixed ideals, indicating a strong sign of Si. There is no "Ni vision." The Raiden Shogun utilizes past experiences to create a idealized version of "eternity." Si processes and understands how things should be. Ni "knows" how things should be through a vision. The Raiden Shogun is also an so1 and sx6 who has no time trusting the words of common man and sets an example of what should be kept eternal. The Raiden Shogun is disinterested in any other affair and focuses on a singular primary objective: eternity. Her story quest seems indicative of this concept of eternity. The associate to Yae Publishing House immediately grew concerns over Ei's presence, thinking it was the Raiden Shogun. His focus was immediately on rules and regulations. Plus, both him and the food vendor were concerned with offending the Raiden Shogun, and were confused by the sudden change of pace that Ei presented. From this, we can infer that the Raiden Shogun has clear motivations whenever she is personally present in the towns of Inazuma: protecting eternity. It's a continuing theme with the Raiden Shogun. Everything is for the sake of eternity, and anything against such eternity is to be changed to fit eternity, or removed. She is not a core 6. She's more focused on what's right and what example should be followed as opposed to "safety and security." Extreme 1 views backed by a counterphobic 6 attitude. The Raiden Shogun is no sp6. sp6's rely on the security and protection of those around them. The Raiden Shogun trusts herself, and only herself. She sees to it that everything goes her way in order to keep eternity preserved. When she sees a dangerous enemy to eternity (like the Traveler), she wastes no time to attempt to kill him. She throws herself into danger in order to eliminate threats. She may order the Shogunate and the Vision Hunt Decree, but when she really needs to get something done, she will do it herself. She needs not the assistance of anybody to fulfill her duties as the Archon of Eternity. In addition I think VLEF is wrong. Had her logic been flexible, the people wouldn't have to be so afraid of the Raiden Shogun appearing personally in Inazuma. She'd be more open to the concept of change and more understanding of the idea that mortals will always seek change no matter how strict the policies on eternity are. The Raiden Shogun has extremely confident logic and values that make her unable to see that change is inevitable. Volition on the other hand is flexible. She's quite literally a puppet to Ei. When she is modified, her course of action changes. She is able to accept different ways of achieving an outcome, just as long as said outcome is achieved. Those are my thoughts personally. Arguments are very welcome.
