I don't buy ESTP for him. He spends the whole episode essentially making decisions based on his personal feelings and values and trying to enforce them in a very direct manner (Fi-Te, albeit rather unhealthy in this case). I don't really see any evidence at all of Ti or Fe. ESFP 8w7 seems to be the best fit
