From the wiki: Mr. Humberfloob is a well-spoken, amicable person but can be very neurotic and unforgiving, due to his extreme phobia of germs and unrealistic expectations of perfection in others (for examples, shaking his hand without permission, the paperwork not being in on time and done, or if he comes over to his employee's messy home one too many times). I want to type him as a 1 but 3s can be perfectionists too. I think 3 fits because of the problems that Joan's dirty house causes for him. Chief of which is the reflection of a poorly maintained house in relation to the image of his company. 2nd is his phobia which does spill into his way of managing people. Perfect perfect perfect! Humberfloob can't clean Joan's house for her so the solution is to get rid of Joan if she messes up again. I think SP blind can work with his phobia but I don't know any more about him other than what the wiki and movie show. I don't see an underlying anxiety of not being good enough.
