He’s clearly an ESTP to me. You can see it during the last moments of his fight where he entirely missed Reigen's attack. His blindness is definitely the major factor in that scene but you can also see how his dominant Se made him too concentrated with opponents he's only aware of at the moment (hence him cutting off his senses to everything else and limiting the use of his Mind's Eye to espers only) that his inferior Ni overlooked the possibility of a non-esper attacking him. The only reason I can see why he’s being typed as a Ne dom is because of his predictive/perceptive abilities, but those are rather a part of his powers, not personality. I can’t see how he can have inferior Si too when his Se is so evident.
