Way too much Ni and EXTREMELY obvious Se-inf. Yeah, the stuff he does can seem like Ne but honestly, if Ni-Te work well together, especially with his amounts of unhealthy Fi, it can seem like Ne. Just because someone devises many plans, doesn't make them have Ne. He is organized, structured, and always follows some sort of plan. A Ne-dom would be much more spontaneous and sporadic, adapting on the fly, whilst he panics whenever his plan fails him. Though I think he's a 6 core, not 3. It's in his tritype, but his amounts of paranoia and the way he preps for everything to a fault seem pretty 6ish. 631 probably.
