He's certainly not SLUAN. The image most people have of him (and the initial perception that I had of him) is that of a dimwitted rabble rouser, but he appears to be a lot more intelligent than he lets on. In older age he's proven himself to be articulate and has expressed interest in all genres of music and other mediums of art before forming the Stooges. I don't believe he's limbic (anymore). In his past he was antagonistic, aggressive and debaucherous but he's since relaxed into his old age and has become more of a benevolent but kooky uncle or grandpa type of person. I see a lot of mistypes with pages of celebrities who are remembered and known for their peak years, usually in the performers 20's, while the brain is still developing. There are many examples of personality shifts in later life (Krist Novoselic) 70's & 80's Iggy was SLUEI but he's transformed into a SCUAI butterfly.

He was the vocalist of influential proto-punk band the Stooges, who reunited in 2003, and is well known for his outrageous and unpredictable stage antics.
