I see some people saying he's a Fe dom which isn't entirely unreasonable, but the fact is that someone with strong and healthy Fi can be just as considerate and caring as a Fe user. I think my favorite example for him specifically is back after the training camp when Bakugo was kidnapped, and he led the charge to save him because he could do nothing earlier. Of course he was concerned for Bakugo, but his heaviest burden was the feeling that he failed to live up to his values as a chivalrous, manly hero. His constant ideal of being manly and protecting others is something I see as him having some of the healthiest Fi in the show. I see where the ESFJ voters are coming from, but ESFP makes most sense for him imo.
