While Proto Man does give off the chill vibes of a 9, I would also like to bring in the idea of him potentially being a 4. After all, he is a robot who is very focused on his individualism, and tends to be incredibly focused on his authentic and unique image to the point of despising other robots built in his likeness. Dr. Light even offers to fix his faulty core, to which Proto Man rejects because he views it as a part of him. Perhaps a 9 fix is more likely as opposed to 9 core; I'd say the tritype of 496 fits well.
Biografia
DLN. 000 Proto Man (real name Blues) was Dr. Light and Dr. Wily's first attempt at making a Robot Master. His power core was inherently flawed, leading Dr. Light to plan on scrapping him. Proto Man became aware of this and fled to keep his life. He is now a rogue agent who works alone, and occasionally helps out his brother Mega Man.
