Yeowool does have a personal motivation (revenge for her father), and her emotions about it are strong, but strong emotions ≠ Fi-dominant. Everyone can have personal emotions, the difference is how they are processed. What's most noticeable is Ti-Se: Ti = Her fighting style is technical, precise, and analytical.
