His character is much more consistent with Ne PoLR which manifests as not allowing for exceptions and different opinions related to the base function. Ti>Te is pretty clear, he is static rather than dynamic as he wants to create a fixed and unchanging reality with the Kragle where everything follows his plans and regulations. He also keeps each LEGO world separated by walls putting each section where he believes they should be and thus preventing the worlds from mingling with each other in any way not allowed by his "instructions", this is consistent with Ti base that seeks structure, rules and putting things where they should be. Se ego is self-explanatory as he is highly controlling and authoritarian.
