Correct me if I'm wrong but I just don't see his Fe? He is clearly extremely driven by internal morals despite growing up surrounded by people who think the opposite of him. His morals wouldn't come from external sources, because his morals are the opposite of the environment he grew up in. Shou is stubborn in his values and wont change them for the people around him. He shows Te because doesn't care about the process, and is far more focused on the results. For example, burning Mob's house down in order to trigger him into action. He relied on Te to make plans, but rushed in and failed because of his inferior Ni (thank u alex). He just seems more SeFi than SeTi imo
