She mostly focuses on her own image that she projects onto the public, and wants people to praise and follow her, while also deliberately keeping her actual "natural" personality a secret and using emotional manipulation/acting as a way to alter the opinion of those who don't interact with her in person. Also she acts the way she does not necessarily because she wants to keep a social harmony, but because she wants to be viewed as successful and in a good light, which in turn inflates her overall ego.
