I'm remaking the comment cuz my previous one was kinda nonsense. He's an ISTJ. But I don't see TE cuz he never does anything to bring OG Mapping, and NDO is pretty much dead. So I believe he has a SI-FI loop cuz he doesn't use his auxiliary function but goes from his dom to his tertiary, giving as result an unhealthy and overly traditionalist person that bases his whole personality around the past (SI) and his personal values (FI), so he's closed to innovation. Him being FE blind makes sense as well as having a poor NI and NE.
