I think her dedication and sole effort towards Paimon, and her cult in general, can be more attributed to Fi than Ti... Sure there was plenty of manipulation going on, but I think it was more attributed to Te management and utilization of resources (her own family, and use of the arcane). Ni-Te-Fi = long term visionary goal, and course of action towards something deeply important to you and those closest to you. Ni-Fe-Ti = long term visionary goal, and understanding of timeless and universal truths important to humanity as a whole
