Why would people vote ISTP? Nothing about him says Ti or Se at all. Extremely work oriented and focused on perfection and productivity. This guy is all Te. My vote was on INTJ but I was convinced to switch it to ISTJ. I realized that Vince only runs his restaurant the way he does (strictly) because that’s the way it always has been. His restaurant is critically acclaimed, and he does everything in his power to keep it that way. Hell, read these excerpts from the magazine: “However, after 6 years of its opening, it’s remained a modern dining location despite many initial concerns of its monthly rotation and strict menu growing stale” “Despite the dining experience staying consistent” This man thrives on routines and familiarity. This is also why I have him voted as non-curious. I feel like he is quick to rely on schedules, procedures, and standards to keep his restaurant in shape without wanting to experiment outside of the formula.
