I cannot see him as Fe dom. He literally goes against everything that is socially acceptable among mice, doesn't even understand the concept of "socially acceptable" in fact, while acting depending on his own rules of what is and isn't right. Fi dom for sure, ISFP would also be understandable, but not ExFJ.
