Changed to ISFJ. "Close-minded" is unwilling to accept new things different from already collected experiences, there's a comparison between external things and internal concrete perception, so Ne inferior and Si dominant. Ne blindspot is willing to explore different things (Se), but difficult to reach outside of inner abstract perception (Ni) deliberately. Although can appear like "not proactively exploring completely new area", but generally adaptive to anything happens. (Below is elaboration on Ne blindspot.) ...... Ne trickster can have a certain "information dilemma" - completely isolating from things outside of inner abstract singular perception (Ni child), depending on external randomly encountered concrete material (Se parent). Some personal experiences and solutions below. ...... Ne trickster's biggest confusion can be "not knowing what one don't know". Although knowing certain "mysterious gateway" exists somewhere, desiring to ultimately touch or grasp through inner comprehension, but after intense mental activities and conceptual innovations, still can't build pathways beyond original cognition to get closer. Can manifest in, the inability to make overall breakthrough to states, lack of knowledge about mental barriers, unseen direction of change and better path, and the unreachable "other side", as if "being trapped by an invisible object". In contrast, highly voted ISFJs continuely grow in experience gathering and interpersonal communication, although less adaptable in practical approach; INFPs broadly read abstract concepts and forming intuitions, although accumulating experiences for personal values. Both relatively better at breaking original perception scope. ...... A few possible solutions, implementing now: ① Proactively approach outside of original actions, through external practice, observation and reflection, reading etc. Use spare capacity besides personal main thread, control the effectiveness, progress, feasibility for success with experiment mindset. ② Find some "all encompassing outlines" about whole external information to avoid limitations of personal perspective. Could be industry-wide maps, catalogue of disciplines, etc., or references to the consideration of some party to actually realize things. ③ Not recommended to involve heavily in fictions, to avoid more incomplete perception. But can learn about real case important events, key decisions, or adaptive plans. Pay attention to means not in line with values, neutrally learn and use them for one's own purposes. ④ If encounter situations seems "impossible to turn around", think about better goals, choices, decisions, means, etc., within achieveable range. Remember most issues can be indirectly resolved or no longer difficult by changing situations and conditions, not necessarily needing a definite focus on a certain thing.
