ESFJ mom and xSTx dad. It's... Weird. My mom is super easy to offend while very dismissive about offending me - a great listener but a bit slow on the uptake. Very good at understanding other side in conflicts as long as it doesn't involve her. My dad is very smart but also *thinks* he's the smartest person in the room so you can basically never change his mind or explain to him why he's in the wrong. He just also got stuck somewhere in the late 80s to the early 90s and basically doesn't want to learn any new information. Again, it's very weird.
