Spencer Hobson is reasonably hard to kill, due to his Mystic aspect, which makes him nearly impossible to destroy with Spirits. He is also one of the more frustrating Hunters to deal with, as his Erratic aspect enables him to sometimes create evidence even without Notoriety. With high level Lantern and/or Winter lore, it is possible to sway him from his path, turning him into a Renegade and then a Long in the Making. He can be recruited into your cult if you invoke its Aspect to at least the 21st intensity, after which he will become a Disciple with a unique title and description, but if his Rival's Ascension aspect is allowed to reach 7, he will win the game instead of the player.
