Frankly, I do not see him being a strong Se user. However, I saw a lot of Te-Ni when he tried to figure out if Jin-woo had a second awakening, which was supported by Se observations. Here we can see Te>Ni>Se. To the commenter who said he can’t be ENTJ because he cares about people, you’re falling victim to stereotypes. Baek has inferior Fi, but that doesnt mean ENTJs don’t care about their people. In fact, a big reason why ENTJs do what they do IS BECAUSE they care about people, just “their people”—for Baek, he cares deeply about the people in his guild, but due to his inferior Fi, this gets translated into saying the success of the red gate mission “depends on Hunter Kim’s ability to lead.” Also, his reaction to Jinwoo and outburst of anger is classic Fi inferior; his Te tells him there’s no way an E rank could have survived AND WON against a boss like Baruka, and given the fact that he just lost a good chunk of the White Tiger guild, his Fi inferior was activated and came out as displaced angry aggression towards Jin-woo as his Te got uncomfortable and he “demands answers”. We also see the comedy between him and Jong-In Choi is due to Choi being the ENTP trickster with someone so serious like Baek. I usually don’t like self-references in MBTI analysis and discussions, however, I’m REALLY SICK OF SO MANY PEOPLE SAYING RATIONALS (NTs) DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE OR DONT CARE THAT MUCH. I’m ENTP and know A LOT of NTJs, and believe me, WE CARE A LOT MORE ABOUT PEOPLE THAN YOU THINK! It’s just that our “care” doesn’t look “nice” the way it does for feelers, but we are capable of being just as kind. Conversely, just because someone is a feeler doesn’t automatically make them “kind” nor “nice”. There are PLENTY of asshole feelers! The way rationals show our care and love is to actually help you get the hard things done instead of just paying lip service to your hurt feelings. Our kindness is “protective” and “productive” because this is how we deal with our own pain. Another thing Baek complains about is how much he hates people “wasting his time”—classic Te. In addition, he’s not “open” the way SPs and NPs are, in fact, he’s very structured just like a J type. For now, my vote is EXTJ.
