It's hard to tell. He's definitely got Te. But I'm not sure on ESTJ or ENTJ. He seems to have an ability to read people very quickly, so I think ENTJ. He's an organizer of people, but he's not like Fred Johnson who is a clear INFJ who has to repress his Fe in his line of work.
