I lean towards ENFP for Rina. Although both she and Teppei (a rather clear ESTP) are focused primarily on eliciting money and material goods, I think Rina is much more abstract in her ways of doing so. Teppei is living in a moment. In Tatarigoroshi, after Rina, his only source of income, suddenly vanishes, he has no idea what to do with himself. He comes back to Hinamizawa, with a sole intention to satisfy his physical needs and find a source of comfort, as he's sure that Satoko will take care of him there. Rina definitely contrasts with him in this aspect; in Minagoroshi, when her badger games targeted at Rena's father fail, she almost immediately finds another opportunity and attempts to rob yakuza's treasury funds and flee Okinomiya. She has a stepped-forward vision in her mind, continuously brainstorming and seeking new possibilities to gain money. I think the process of decision making behind her stealing from the gang is specificially effective in illustrating her cognitive functions: Rina completely ignores yakuza world's brutal unwritten codex and its customs by stepping into the zone of great danger in order to blindly follow the opportunity that could fulfill her vision of wealth and luxury (that's inferior Si, definitely not inferior Ni). Even though Se-doms tend to be impulsive and often lack the sense of responsibility, I feel like an ESTP would be much more realistic with this kind of things and would actually recognize the danger behind putting such a plan into motion. The pieces of her narration in Miotsukushi show some indication of the use of Fi, she comes off as really self-righteous and adopts the typical unhealthy Fi "me vs the world" view. It's not only Fe-doms that are good at acting and faking emotions; in fact, ENFP are known to be great at this.
