The Pillow was founded in 2004 by SCA-DI as part of a two-tiered company structure. Its core staff is largely the same as KeroQ's, but compared to KeroQ's more hardcore style, The Pillow's works appeal to a wider audience. The name carries the connotation of "dream tools." The company headquarters is located in Shinjuku, Tokyo, and the building is currently used as a warehouse. Most of its works are written by SCA-DI and often have a strong philosophical element.
