I see the overall organization as a VERY strong Si type and low on the people skills, so ISTJ seems like the right fit. Being technical or smart doesn’t rule out being an Si (or even Se) user; we intuitives have to be very careful to avoid that bias. (Ever since getting blindsided by an incredibly smart ISTP engineer I’ve had to revise my thinking on that.) AdMech is all about following the rules and innovating. Though of course Bellisarius Cawl (INTP) very much bucks the trend, I don’t think he’s the most typical representative of his faction. I actually have a story (mostly in my head) where as crazy as it seems some F-types are going to wind up in AdMech but half the point of playing with that idea is that they are very much NOT normal in that faction and have to work hard to avoid getting into trouble for their quirks.
