Mika Schmidt typ osobowości MBTI

Osobowość

"Jaki typ osobowości jest {profilename}? {profilename} jest typem osobowości {mbti} w mbti, {enneagram} - {iv} - {tritype} w enneagram, {big5} w Big 5, {sociionics} in Socionics."

MBTI & ENNEAGRAM ANALYSIS [1/2] I’m going to start with enneagram, and I don’t really do enneagram analyses, but Mika is a bit tougher to type so I decided to get into it. There are a LOT of contradicting sources online, so I’m going with this one: https://oceanmoonshine9.wordpress.com/nine-stacks/ If anyone has issues with it, let me know, I’m happy to discuss! First off: Mika is E9. A description of E9 from the Enneagram Institute: “[E9’s] Key Motivations: Want to create harmony in their environment, to avoid conflicts and tension, to preserve things as they are, to resist whatever would upset or disturb them.” Mika is shown to be a very conflict-avoidant person. In fact, he tends to avoid…well, everyone. His character intro states: “Mika always gets nervous when someone strikes up a conversation with him, frantically scampering away right after politely putting an end to the idle chatter. The knights know that the young man's name is Mika, and that he is Huffman's younger brother and the second son of the Schmidt family. They also know that he is a member of the Reconnaissance Company, but nothing much beyond that.” A lot of people are saying E6 here, and I do believe he has a 6 fix, but he is not 6 core. Here’s the Enneagram Institute again on core 6: “[E6’s] Key Motivations: Want to have security, to feel supported by others, to have certitude and reassurance, to test the attitudes of others toward them, to fight against anxiety and insecurity.” Mika does not necessarily show this as much as he tries not to disturb others. E6’s core desire is to have security and support, whereas E9’s is inner stability (again sourcing the Enneagram Institute). E6 really wants guidance, and I’m not saying Mika DOESN’T want those things, but it’s clear he much prefers stability. In fact, he was perfectly fine getting started with cartography on his own, and cares more about misguiding other people than he does being misguided himself. Mika grew up practically raising himself. If he were core 6, I think he’d be a lot more concerned about that. His character story 1: “When Mika began learning to read, his mother went inspiration-gathering abroad with his father accompanying her. During that time, the responsibility of looking after little Mika landed in Huffman's hands. However, Huffman had already made the Knights of Favonius his second home — he was preoccupied with work during the day and indulged in drinking with his friends night after night. With his own life lacking organization, how was he expected to take care of his little brother? So it was little Mika who learned to take care of both himself and his brother whenever he'd return home drunk at night. When other children his age were enjoying their childhood without a care, Mika had already learned to stick to an organized schedule, sometimes even helping Huffman with his everyday chores.” Here is a description of E9’s core fear, sourced from https://relevantmagazine.com/culture/each-enneagram-types-biggest-fear-and-what-to-do-about-it/ “Your underlying fear is being separated from others. You fear of loss, unresolved conflict, relational tension, expressing your own ideas/dreams/opinions and saying “no.” Deep down, you want to feel at peace.” Mika’s character story 3: “Mika was afraid of failing the Knights' assessment and disgracing his father, ruining his brother's career, or worse, ruining the reputation of his family name.” This sounds kind of 2-ish if you think about it, but not enough for core, so I think it’s one of his fixes. It also can appear 3-ish. However, here’s another quote from one of his character stories: “Troubling others is the last thing Mika ever wants, after all.” His biggest fear is troubling others. There’s not an enneagram that specifically has this fear, but I feel E9 is closest. Now, instinctual variants. I went back and forth between sx and sp. However, quoting from my aforementioned source, why I have chosen sp/so: “This subtype is the most self-effacing of type Nine, possibly the least assertive of all the enneagram types[…]This subtype is usually very deliberate and methodical in their speech. They sometimes get frustrated because they don’t feel that they can say what they really want to say. They are therefore often very short and concise with their communication, not wanting to provoke any confrontation. But when given a chance and the time to express themselves, they can be quite talkative. While self-pres needs are important to this type, the fact that they are essentially Nines, sometimes causes them to put the needs of others before their own. When under stress, this type is likely to do busy work.” He does act like an sx9 in some ways. He may be an sx/sp, I’m not positive, but I’m going with sp/so. I think I’ve already provided enough Mika quotes to support that E9 quote, so I’ll hold back for now. I think his tritype is 962 which I’ve kind of already explained.
