I really don't think he is e7>e8, e7 is described to be a planner, and prefer the ideas over the action, and when he is confronted with ideas or plans he tends to adopt a more dismissive attitude and prefers to act in the moment. It fits way better with e8 who prefers action over everything and the intensity of doing things against societal rules
