Wes is without a doubt an ESFP. His entire character arc is about going from a carefree rich kid who loves to indulge in sensory pleasures (motorbikes, jumping in and fighting for fun), to becoming responsible and fighting for a cause. His personality doesn't really change all that much, because he was a good person from the beginning, but he did learn to think a little more deeply and change his own destiny. His arc was essentially about learning to use his Fi-Te judgment axis to support his Se.
