I think INFJ works well enough here. While it is true her stars can be used very creatively, that doesn't immediately make the character's playstyle Ne dominant - especially in a game where every character in the game can be used very creatively. Her intended playstyle, and what she excels at, is using prediction to pre-emptively place useful stars that will be able to be used at the perfect time during the round. This is more akin to Ni > Ne. The playstyle is built around prediction and perfect timing, not on experimentation of possibilities (compared to someone like Gekko or Yoru who could very well have an Ne playstyle).
