I originally thought she was an ENFJ but ESFJ makes more sense now that I think about it. An ENFJ would stand up for what's wrong, whereas Hani struggles with toxic relationships because she doesn't want to go against the status quo and be seen as unlikable. (Even if it doesn't benefit her)
