This typing is the stereotype of a revolutionary: strong-willed, very ideological, charismatic, intellectual. So the social subtype of E8 would sound quite plausible. But I have a difficulty to believe that an Enneagram type that's known for practicality, being grounded and quite present-oriented would fit EIE with vulnerable Si (and launcher Se). The dominant subtype boosts Se, Fe, and Te, but I still think that it wouldn't be good enough. Because of the Sociotype itself, the dominant subtype, and Beta quadra values, social subtype would be the most likely fit in general. That's why SO2/SO3 would fit the best. Maybe SO2 even more since SO3's goals in life are a lot more materalistic (SLE/SEE) than the stereotypical EIE's, and the focus is greatly in fulfilling the expectations of others (E3 + social instinct). On the other hand, core E2 types are usually more agreeable. So either one of those types with a quite strong SO8/SX1 fix and also a SX6 fix would be the best fit.
