She is incredibly expressive with her body and places a lot of value on it with how she possesses people's attention, she essentially makes it her "feature" when it comes to her character and its her most defining characteristic. Her assertion that she's afraid people won't view her as more than her physical features and thus won't take her seriously sounds like her insecure function, 3L For her enneagram I'm seeing more of a 2 and possibly SX, her focus is geared towards how people perceive her in both her strengths and her weaknesses. She is not vain like a 3 or pleasure seeking like a 7, she is fixed on pride and possessing the attention of other people through her body and seductiveness, which is basically how she gets the comfort and attention she wants from Oliver. It's important to remember that 2s may also try to use knowledge to create an image of an intelligence to impress or validate themselves which would also support her insecurity surrounding how she is perceived intellectually by other people.
