So I have to take over the business without her." -She called Alastor "An ace in the hole" most people interpreted as a sexuality (asexual) joke when in reality it actually means "having an advantage which you have over an opponent or rival, and which you can use when necessary" which is EXACTLY what Alastor is doing by being friends with Charlie (princess of hell) and making a deal with her in the same Rosie Episode. -Also when Rosie and Alastor were singing together A: "She's filled with potential that I could guide" R: "I concur" Both: "Stick with her and you'll be on the winning side". Of course she's going to be nice to her. -Rosie is obviously going to help out with the war against angels. If there's no more exterminations, it's beneficial for her and the business as well. Allowing her cannibal community to have a feast. -Plus when she brought Alastor and Charlie in to sit down and talk about what they need, Rosie proposes a business offer to Alastor saying 'A perfect opportunity to make a deal with someone whos desperate' in summary. She understands it's best to take advantage of a vulnerable situation.
